The answer is design. Your inner design projects how you come out in life and how the outside world influences you. Your mind is a mirror and design is how it works.
Whether you are looking for a change and transformation, it is time to change your stereotypes, routines and channel your attention in the direction where you want to go.

About Me.
Instead of advice, I provide people with tools to find their own answers, to redesign their lives.
I create a safe, structured environment for people in challenging life situations, where I guide people through new insight and direction. They then shape their own way through change, loss, or emotional fatigue.
Whilst people can reach out for a variety of methods and techniques ranging from spiritual practices to therapy, I offer design.

Introspection
Introspection is the starting point. It is the ultimate tool for insight. Nobody can see solutions better than you once you fully understand yourself.
When parts of yourself are in discord you may start experiencing mental discomfort such as stress, burnout, loss of meaning, feelings of being stuck, lack of confidence, identity crisis and the like.
It is important to self-reflect and start working on yourself in order to prevent deeper mental issues.
This is it best time and there are tools out there to help you out.

Redesign
We learn, adapt and grow. Our beliefs, identity and behaviour don't have to be fixed. They are rooted in experience, environment and attention. This means thay can be intetionally reshaped.
Once you map your current inner landscape, you can redesign your experience toward more aligned, meaningful and sustainable structures.
Most of all, it's about living by design.
