What Informs My Practice
01
-Sciences
Psychology, Philosophy, Neurosciences, Neurodesign
My coaching approach is deeply rooted in an interdisciplinary understanding of how people think, perceive, and make decisions. Drawing from design psychology and neuroaesthetics, I incorporate insights about attention, emotion regulation, habit formation, and change processes. This allows me to support clients not only in reflection, but also in creating real, sustainable shifts — mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally.
Alongside this, I bring in the lenses of philosophy and neurodesign — combining questions of meaning, values, and identity with the practical design of one’s environment, systems, and internal narratives. This integration helps clients not only explore what matters most, but also design their work, routines, and choices in ways that support that clarity. The result is coaching that is both grounded in science and responsive to the deeper human need for coherence, purpose, and intentional living.

-Practice and Collaborations
Design Practice
& Advisory
My foundation in communication design and creative advisory work has been honed through collaborations with esteemed clients such as Mosaic House Design Hotel, MOOo Apartments in Prague, Jánský Vršek 8, The Manes Apartments, prominent lawyers such as Jašek Legal, and international real estate developers including Pierwood Capital, Hampshire Investments, and 3K Capital.
Several years, I have also written articles to Retail Magazine and Fashion Retail Magazine writing about how design influences thinking.
These projects have deepened my understanding of how thoughtful design influences human experience and decision-making. I integrate principles from design thinking, behavioural science, and psychology to support clients in shaping not just their ideas, but also the systems, habits, and environments that bring those ideas to life. In this context, design becomes a tool for creating intentional spaces that foster alignment, focus, and meaningful change.

Language Coaching
We speak®
My years of experience as a language coach with senior professionals — including CEOs, founders, and executives — have shaped the way I work far beyond language itself. Supporting clients in finding clarity, confidence, and precision in how they communicate has given me deep insight into how people structure thought, reveal identity, and make sense of the world through words.
Coaching language is about self-expression, power dynamics, cultural context, and the courage to be visible.
This practice has honed my ability to listen attentively — not just to what is said, but to what is felt or avoided.
In my current coaching work, that sensitivity to nuance and mindset allows me to support clients in deeper ways: uncovering limiting beliefs, noticing inner narratives, and guiding conversations toward greater self-awareness and alignment. Working with language as both a tool and a mirror has become one of the most subtle, yet powerful, influences on how I now coach.
